As for sherry, I have never mixed with it. You tried both Oloroso and PX. Is PX that much sweeter than Oloroso? I am looking to get a general bottle for mixing and wondered which type I should go for.

By the way, here in Texas, we don’t get a lot of white grapefruit. It’s all Texas ruby here. But I’m sure they will be delicious!
