Ha, thanks, Steve. I’m paring it down a bit — lots of these bottles are 1/3 full, and will be swapped out for something new or finished off.
I’ve had some great drinks made with Bombay Sapphire, but to tell the truth, it’s not one of my favorite gins — not quite enough edge to it for my liking. It’s all about personal taste, though. If it’s your favorite, enjoy!
